Plato once said "cheese is the greatest thing on the planet", and if he didn't he should have So to be crowned Champion Cheesemakers after only three years in the business is quite a phenomenal achievement. And that was the case for Annie and Geoff Nieuwenhuis from Nieuwenhuis Farmstead Cheese, who took out the title at last night's Champions of Cheese Awards in Hamilton last night. So we're delighted to be joined by the big cheese herself, Annie Nieuwenhuis.
