We begin breeding our first dairy goats on our Hawke's Bay farm, experimenting with Cow and Goat’s cheese in the kitchen
We set off on a year-long road-trip around Europe to learn authentic cheese making techniques from local artisans and goat farmers
We relocate a 1910’s Farmstead Villa to Waikareao Road and begin making it our new home and business
We begin construction on our purpose-built goat barn. We carefully convert part of our homestead into specialist cheese-making facilities
Our brand is established and we begin selling fresh goat cheese at the local farmer's market in the spring
